2. Which countries does GBlast support?

GBlast supports SMS messaging to the USA, Singapore, Germany, France, China, Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, UK, India and Philiphines.

 

3. Do you sell mobile marketing lists?

No! We hate spam as much you do and we do not sell marketing lists. At GBlast, we take permission very seriously and have zero-torelance for unsolicited messages. In the event that you are detected for sending spam, your account may be suspended or banned.

 

4. Will I be forced to commit to a long term contract?

Absolutely not! GBlast subscriptions are limited to monthly renewals and you can choose to renew it as long as you want to. Credits in the Pay-As-You-Go account will never expire so you can use it whenever you need to.

6. Terms of Use

GBlast believes in providing a secure SMS marketing platform for our users and as such, security is one of our top concern. Remember to keep your account information private and do not disclose your password to anyone. GBlast staff will never ask for your login details.

 

Buying Credits

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and other credit/debit payments for all SMS credit purchases. All payment transactions are securely handled by WorldPay. GBlast does not store any of your credit card details on our server.

 

8. Password Retrieval

You can change your GBlast account password at any time after account creation by simply logging in to the account. If you have forgotten your password you can retrieve it here.

 

9. General Login Issues

If you are having difficulty logging in to your GBlast account, please ensure that you have indeed used the correct user name and password. If you have forgotten your login details, you can retrieve it here.

 

10. How can I verify my account now that I have registered?

An email containing a verification link will be sent once you complete the GBlast account creation process. Clicking the link in this email is another layer of security that protects your account and prevents automated robots from abusing the system.

 

11. How do I change my email address or password?

You will be able to change your GBlast account password and email address at anytime after creating your account by simply logging in to the application, and selecting "My Account".

 

12. How do I edit my contact information?

The process of editing your contact information is similar to changing your email address and password. Simply login in to your account and select "My Account".
