Report Page is to keep track your account's credits. You can clearly understand and keep track of your account.
- Simply login at here. If already logged in, proceed to next step.
- Next look for "Reports" at the top right corner of the page and click it.

You will see the page as below:
- Next select from and to date and click on "Show" button.

The report in between the from and to date will be shown as below:
The report above means by the Description:-
"Credit Purchased (100)" mean you have purchased 100 new credits.
"test - Created (1)" mean a new campaign created named 'test' and going to use up 1 credit.
"test - Modified (-1)" mean the campaign named 'test' got edited and 1 credit refunded.
"test3 - Refund (2)" mean the campaign named 'test3' got 2 credit refunded.
"test3 - Modified (+1)" mean the campaign named 'test3' got edited and 1 additional credit used.
"test2 - Completed (2)" mean the campaign named 'test2' already completed. -
As you can see, the Completed campaign's name is a link. Then, click on the link and you will see the details report on the clicked campaign.
The details stated:-
Campaign Created, Start, Completed Date and Time.
Groups are contact groups that selected for this campaign blasting.
Status are the count of the sms sent in the campaign.
If the number that given are the number that are not in use, it will reflect as Failure in the Status. When it reflected as Failure, we will refund for the credit used.
We will refund for those numbers that have OptOut.
