• What is gBlast?
  
  gBlast is a mobile marketing portal, which provide bulk text messaging to mobile phones advertising services. Because advertisement is distributed through text messaging by mobile phones, it can reach anywhere in the world in at instant with very low cost.
  
  
• Which countries and networks are covered?
  
  Currently gBlast only Singapore 3 Telco (Singtel, Starhub, M1) is covered. We currently working on making coverage globalise.

• What is a shortcode?
  
  A shortcode might refer to as a series of numbers or a word, which is mapped to a sender sms telephone number. As a result, receiver will only view it as sms sent by the mapped number or word.
  
  
• Where to buy credits?
  
  
  • Simply click on the "login" link on top menu or submenu "manage account" link to login page.
  • Next login your account.
  • Once login, look "Account" link on the top menu and click it.
  • You are now in the "Account" page, click on the "Buy Credits" link.
  • For calculating the cost of the credits, simply choose the output currency and enter the amount of credits you would want.
  • Click on the "Calculate" button just below it, to calculate. Cost of the credits according the currency you chosen, will be display in the price column and payable amount will be display below. (optional)
  • For calculating the number of credits exchangable for the amount you would want to spend, simply choose the input currency and enter the amount of money you would want to spend.
  • Click on the "Calculate" button just below it, to calculate. Number of credits according the currency you chosen, will be display in the credit column and payable amount will be display below. (optional)
  • Click on "Buy Now" button to proceed to the transaction. You will be redirected to the paypal payment page.
  • Now choose either the payment through credit card (left) or paypal (right) by filling the details.

• When will my credit purchased be updated?
  
  Your credit purchased will immediately be updated upon purchased succession.
  
  
• Can I refund my credit purchased?

• Will I be charged VAT or TAX on my purchased?
  
  There will be no VAT or TAX be charged.
  
  
• How do I make payment for my credits?
  
  Currently there are only credit card and paypal payment options. For more payment options, please suggest to us.
