What is SMS Campaign?
Scheduled text messaging send on a later datetime or immediately in bulk to a list of recipients.

What is MO or 2-way messaging?
MO known as mobile originated referred to as when a recipient send a SMS to a shortcode.

How do i create a campaign?
- In your login-ed account, look for top menu bar and click on the "Campaigns" button.
- Next click on the first option, "Create new Campaign", to create a new SMS campaign.
- Under "Type of Campaign", choose the "SMS Broadcast" option.
- Now you required to name your campaign or click on the link beside to use datetime as campaign name.
- Type your message content in the campaign content textarea. It always begin with "<ADV>", means Advertisement.
- Click on "Add Group" button to open the add contact group panel.
- Now you will see an overlay panel, click on the checkbox to select the contact group you want to send to. Our system only allow user to send SMS in group, so if want to send SMS to a single contact, you are required to create a contact group and add the single contact in the group.
- Click on "Add" button to add the selected groups.

Under Campaign Options (optional)
Applying SMS Template
- Simply click on the "Use SMS Template" button to use SMS template function.

Click on the dropdown menu to choose the template you desired to apply.
Enable Opt-Out
- Simply click on the "Enable Opt-Out" button to enable SMS recipient to unsubscribe from the future campaigns.
- Double click to edit the 6-figures opt-out unique keyword.

** Note: do not disable the "Enable Opt-out" button if still want your opt-out to work.
Scheduled SMS
- Simply click on the "Schedule for a later date/time" button to enable the ability to send SMS in a scheduled datetime.
- Start - what datetime to start sending SMS out.
- End - what datetime to end sending SMS out.
- Click on the calendar icon or the date textfield to reveal the calendar.
- Choose the specified day, month and year to send or end sending SMS
- Next select the specified time in the dropdown menu beside the date fields
- ** Note: The datetime to send out is set according to your specified timezone. If have not set it in Account > My Setting, the timezone is default to GMT.

** Note: do not disable the "Schedule for a later date/time" button if still want your scheduler to work.

Finally click on the "Start Sending" button to schedule the SMS for sending.

How to modify my SMS campaign?
- In your login-ed account, look for top menu bar and click on the "Campaigns" button.
- Next click on the first option, "Edit Exisiting Campaign", to modify a SMS campaign.
- Under "List of Campaign", click on the campaign name you desire to modify. At the same, it will display its details under "Campaign Details".
- Now click on "Edit Campaign" button to enable modification of the current campaign.
- Modify what you would want to change.
- Once done, click on "Start Sending" button to schedule the campaign.

** Note: Campaigns that are scheduled 30min before the actual schedule sending time, will be locked and cannot be modified. It is to cater for SMS to be built backend so as SMS will be sent as scheduled timing.

How to delete or cancel my SMS campaign?
- In your login-ed account, look for top menu bar and click on the "Campaigns" button.
- Next click on the first option, "Edit Exisiting Campaign", to modify a SMS campaign.
- Under "List of Campaign", click on the campaign name you desire to modify. At the same, it will display its details under "Campaign Details".
- Now click on "Delete Campaign" button to delete the current campaign.
- You will be prompted confirmation on deletion of the current campaign in case of accident.
- Once done, campaign deletion will be prompted.

** Note: Campaigns that are scheduled 30min before the actual schedule sending time, will be locked and cannot be deleted. It is to cater for SMS to be built backend so as SMS will be sent as scheduled timing.

Where to view my SMS Campaign?
For SMS Campaign before sent,
- In your login-ed account, look for top menu bar and click on the "Campaigns" button.
- Next click on the first option, "Edit Exisiting Campaign", to modify a SMS campaign.

Under "List of Campaign", click on the campaign name you desire to modify. At the same, it will display its details under "Campaign Details".
For SMS Campaign after sent,
- In your login-ed account, look for top menu bar and click on the "Reports" button.
- Next look under description for the campaign name, which is completed in status.
- Click on the campaign name underline link.

An overlay panel will popup to show the details.

The scheduling datetime for SMS campaign does not reflect local datetime
The datetime of the system is set according to your "Account" > "My Setting" timezone setting. Therefore by default, system datetime is set to GMT. Please understand that this system is built for international.

No, the SMS will charge with roaming price.

How do I know my SMS is received by recipient?

Why is SMS not sent out?
There is a few possibilities:
- Credits not enough.
- Scheduled datetime has not reached.
- Scheduled datetime is not set according to your desired timezone.
- Group contacts you are sending have been all opted-out.

How to send a unicode or multilingual message?
You may not be abled to send multilingual SMS out at the moment, only English is supported. But we are working to support multilingual SMS.

Can I send MMS out?
No, not at the current stage but we will be implementing in future.

How to send spanned, multiple, long or concated SMS?
You will not be able to send long SMS out as we implement a credit hold feature, which hold credits once a campaign is created, to prevent SMS from sending out halfway and failed because of insufficient credits. Therefore at the moment SMS is limit to 152 characters.
